it would be a look and effect when it reaches emerald it would slow for like 5 sec each attack done to it

yes it works..
but the walls modle dont have a attachment.. which will not have a effect on it..

Well, there could be a new type of wall called frost wall or something. Uses the ice models already in Warcraft, and has the on-attack freeze ability maybe. I like the idea.

that works too but you should make it so that when the vamp attacks the wall he gets slowed for maby 3 to 5 sec

Specifics like that are concerns about balance that can only be fixed through testing. If we do implement this, we won't until we've balanced it as we see best for now.

like it would send a wave of frost as a mele but it only hurts the vamp attacking

it should not slow down the movment speed of the vampires just the attack speed or it will be easy to kill vamps

no .. we shld slow them too ... cause they have windstealth to increase their movement speed if we slow them it would be fine ...

lol that is very true but if it did have slow it would have to slow there movement down a little so they have a chance to get away and there attack speed slowed maby 25% and when its upgraded 50% and the movement would be 5% at first and when upgraded 10% that would be fair right?
